Abe Lee Seminars has educated over 20,000 Hawaii real estate licensees in subjects including zoning, condominium development, contracts, foreclosures, wills and trusts, tax law, building systems, and land use. His latest "Post-Licensing" course launched in 2026.
Named Hawaii's “CPR King” by
Honolulu Magazine, Lee has developed or co-developed more than 150 CPR projects statewide, building a reputation as one of Hawaii’s most respected specialists in condominium property regime development.
In addition to his work as an educator and developer, Lee remains a full-time real estate broker who is passionate about helping clients buy, sell, and develop real estate.
On February 20, 2026, Honolulu Mayor Rick Blangiardi proclaimed “Abe Lee Day” in honor of Abe Lee’s decades of service to Hawaii real estate as a broker, educator, developer, and mentor.
